I feel exactly the same. As an adjunct I always enjoyed a different kind of relationships with my students, one of being a mentor and with many business successes, I had the real world experience that had always piqued their interest. Now, after 20 years, I’m so fried and overburdened that being a mental health advisor is waaaaay out of my expertise, while I’m struggling with my own these past two years. I feel for all of us. The system is so broken and no one seems to care.
